Bleach water sanitizing spray and cleaning wipes are accessible to children in kitchen. As reported and observed on 12.2.2021. Outdoor storage shed containing lawn mower and can of gasoline is not locked. Storage rooms (closets) were not locked to prevent child access. As reported and observed on 11.19.2021. Personal hygiene items and Clorox bleach wipes accessible to children in cabinet under bathroom sink. Observed on 12.6.2021.
